Job summary

Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager, Alumni Engagement to plan and deliver alumni initiatives across the College of Engineering. You will coordinate events, communications, and engagement programmes to foster lifelong alumni relationships with the College.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Advancement, you will work with the five Schools, the Office of Alumni Engagement and university stakeholders to strengthen alumni

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
• 3–5 years in alumni relations, stakeholder engagement, events management or related fields.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver alumni engagement programmes and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with alumni and volunteers.
• Collaborate with Schools, OAE and university stakeholders.
• Develop and disseminate alumni communications via email and social media.
• Coordinate events including reunions, homecomings, speaker sessions.
• Maintain alumni records and prepare activity reports.
• Assist with procurement, budgeting and compliance for activities.
