Job summary

The National University of Singapore's Office of Alumni Relations seeks a Manager, Digital Platforms & Community to lead onboarding, training, and adoption of the Alumni CRM and Alumni Community Platform.

You will act as the primary liaison between staff, alumni, and IT teams, design training programs, manage an online community, and drive platform enhancements based on user feedback to support a vibrant alumni network at Kent Ridge Campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in systems administration, user training, community management, or digital platform management.
• Proven experience working with CRM systems.
• Prior experience managing or moderating an online community platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver onboarding programs and training materials for the Alumni CRM and Alumni Community Platform.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for staff and alumni.
• Create and maintain guides, FAQs, and self-service resources; monitor adoption metrics and identify training needs.
• Serve as the primary Community Manager for the Alumni Community Platform; foster an engaged, vibrant digital environment.
• Develop and execute community engagement strategies and promote networking opportunities.
• Moderate user-generated content and provide prompt support to alumni inquiries.
