Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager, Alumni Community to lead alumni programs and mentorship initiatives.

You will plan events, maintain CRM data, and create newsletters and campaigns to highlight alumni achievements and strengthen the network with partners.

A bachelor's degree with at least 4 years in alumni engagement, education marketing, or related fields is required, with strong CRM and design-tool skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 4+ years in tertiary education, alumni engagement, or marketing.
• Strong experience in CRM management and creating marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Job Description:

• Create and share marketing campaigns, newsletters, and communications to highlight alumni achievements and keep the network engaged.
• Manage projects independently, coordinate with teams and stakeholders, ensure timely delivery, and continuously improve programs and processes.

Requirement:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field and at least 4 years experience in tertiary education, alumni engagement, or marketing.
• Strong experience in CRM management, creating marketing campaigns, and using design tools like AdobeCreativeSuite or Canva.
