Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Credit Asset & Liability Management Lead in Singapore to oversee the ALM framework for consumer and merchant lending platforms. You will coordinate funding, liquidity, and risk management across global markets, partnering with finance, legal, product, and technology teams.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, depth in liquidity forecasting, and experience with interest-rate and FX risk management. Onsite five-day work arrangement at Singapore office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in treasury, ALM, liquidity management, or related field.
• Deep understanding of consumer lending models, loan asset lifecycle, and asset-quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and rolling 12-month funding forecasts and allocate funding across countries, products, and channels.
• Build cash-flow forecasting for loan disbursement, collections, and debt service; optimise idle cash and cost of funds.
• Create ALM framework covering duration matching, maturity risk, and refinancing risk; manage interest-rate and FX exposures.
• Develop asset routing strategies to improve capital efficiency and establish asset-pool analytics.
• Drive liquidity policies, control processes, and reporting to ensure ALM metrics are traceable.
