Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Credit Funding Lead for Treasury in Singapore. The role will own medium- to long-term funding strategy and execution, driving financing plans and diversifying funding sources on a global scale.

You will lead relations with banks and institutional investors, manage end-to-end financing transactions, and oversee asset pools, covenants, and funding analytics. This onsite role requires a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in funding, structured finance, treasury or related field.
• Experience leading structured financing transactions end-to-end.
• Strong financial modelling of loan cash flows and funding structures.
• Proven external communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own funding strategy, planning and financing mix across countries and providers.
• Originate and maintain relationships with banks, funds, and institutional investors.
• Lead end-to-end financing transactions from origination to closing with cross-functional teams.
• Manage asset pools, onboarding, amortization, and covenant monitoring.
• Develop funding operating policies and analytics for cost of funds and efficiency.
