Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a senior Treasury & Cash Management professional for its Global Payment team to optimize bank structures and supervise daily operations supporting EU and US growth. The role includes liquidity management, FX, and regulatory compliance across SEA countries, with a focus on internal controls and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working experience in financial institutions, leading payment companies or fintech lending in treasury and cash management.
• Familiar with liquidity management operations from corporate and bank perspectives; knowledge of cash management products preferred.
• Experience with fund settlement/clearing systems and regulatory requirements in major markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage bank account strategy and daily operations to support business growth in EU and US regions.
• Oversee bank account authorization and access for stakeholders.
• Handle daily cash management, liquidity risk, FX trading, and funding for EU/US.
• Ensure compliance with liquidity and regulatory requirements for SEA countries.
• Develop SOPs for cash operations to support internal controls and audits.
• Provide BRDs for product development to enhance system capabilities.
• Collaborate with PM/RD to build in-house system functions for operations.
