ByteDance is seeking a Merchant Financing Business Manager to design, launch, and grow financing products for merchants across our platform. You will work at the intersection of product, risk, data, operations, and business teams to deliver tailored credit solutions.

The role requires a 5-day onsite arrangement and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize product features, risk policies, and regulatory alignment for SEA markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in lending, e-commerce, banking, or credit risk—SME/merchant financing.
• Strong data analysis and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience in cross-functional and agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up roadmaps and targets for Merchant Financing across SEA markets.
• Drive rollout, manage operations, and partner with e-commerce and seller teams.
• Build data framework to track funnel, market penetration, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Risk, and Compliance to optimize features and policies.
• Improve merchant experience and scalability through education and campaigns.
