Job summary

Accor is partnering with one of the world's leading airlines to manage Lounge operations located in Changi Airport. We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Food & Beverage Executive to support daily operations in our dining area.

Key responsibilities include maintaining buffet presentation, clearing and resetting tables, and delivering warm, attentive service while upholding hygiene standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related hospitality/hotel/lounge/F&B experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and replenish buffet stations to ensure food availability and presentation.
• Clear used dishes, cutlery and glassware from tables efficiently.
• Reset tables quickly and neatly for next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and buffet areas.
• Assist guests with basic inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor promptly.
• Assist in stock control and proper storage of food and beverage supplies.
• Comply with food hygiene, safety, and handling regulations.
• Assist with setup and closing duties for buffet service.
