Job summary

Accor is seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Executive to support lounge operations at Changi Airport. You will ensure buffet lines are replenished, tables cleared and reset, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area for guests.

The role emphasizes guest service, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting with stock control and daily setup/closing duties in a fast-paced lounge environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year related experience in Hospitality/Hotel/Lounge/F&B operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and replenish buffet stations to ensure consistent food availability and presentation.
• Clear used dishes, cutlery and glassware from tables.
• Reset tables quickly and neatly for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and buffet areas.
• Assist guests with basic inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist in stock control and proper storage of food and beverage supplies.
• Comply with food hygiene, safety, and handling regulations.
• Assist with setup and closing duties for buffet service.
