Job summary

Accor is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join our lounge team at Changi Airport. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure service excellence, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or lounge operations.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Professional grooming with ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily F&B lounge operations and guest service.
• Manage team rostering and manpower allocation.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Maintain stock orders for food, beverage, and amenities.
• Monitor hygiene, safety, and presentation standards per regulations.
• Maintain menu and beverage knowledge for consistent guest experience.
• Oversee lounge readiness and mise-en-place.
• Handle guest feedback and escalated service matters.
• Drive service excellence and guest-centric culture.
• Support operational improvements, new projects, vendor management, and audits.
• Monitor team performance and productivity to meet objectives.
