Job summary

TDCX is hiring for a customer service focused role in Singapore. You will handle airline programme enquiries, process mileage redemptions, ticketing and schedule changes, and maintain member profiles. You will also communicate promotions and assist with collateral distribution.

Ideal candidates are English-proficient, with strong time management and comfortable working across multiple systems in a fast-paced, rotating shift environment at Bedok. Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• GCE 'N' Levels required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year contact centre experience preferred.
• Strong time management and customer-orientation.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone call enquiries from current and prospective members in respect to Airline industry programme.
• Process reservations or support work related to mileage redemption, issuing tickets and changes to schedules.
• Maintain member accounts with profile changes.
• Advise on latest promotions and mechanics and provide related collaterals/forms.
