Job summary

TDCX, a Singapore-headquartered global BPO leader, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Airline) to deliver excellent service to partner brands. You will handle airline-related inquiries, process bookings and changes, and support members while maintaining accurate profiles and meeting daily KPIs.

Qualifications

• GCE O levels required.
• 1 year in a contact centre is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong time management and ability to work rotating shifts.
• Exposure to a customer-oriented environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues and solutions.
• Comfortable with computers and multiple systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English (and market language) required.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone enquiries from current and prospective airline members.
• Process reservations, mileage redemptions, ticketing, and schedule changes.
• Maintain member accounts with profile updates.
• Advise on promotions and send related collaterals and forms.
• Manage feedback and complaints; liaise with backend support.
• Meet daily KPI targets; contribute to QMS improvement.
