Qualifications

• GCE 'N' levels or equivalent.
• 1 year of contact centre experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong time management and ability to work rotating shifts.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong written and verbal English; Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone inquiries from members regarding airline programmes.
• Process reservations, mileage redemptions, ticketing, and schedule changes.
• Maintain member accounts with profile updates.
• Advise on promotions and relevant program collateral.
• Manage feedback and liaise with backend to resolve issues.
• Meet daily KPI targets.
• Perform additional duties to support quality management.
