Job summary

Air France-KLM Singapore seeks a Duty Station Manager to ensure safe, on-time operations while supervising ground staff, cabin crew, and airport personnel. You will liaise with station, regional and airport authorities to maintain smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

The role requires 3+ years in airline ops, a supervisory background, and ability to travel; English and local language fluency are essential, with French/Dutch a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aviation management, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of airline operations experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations, safety standards, and security procedures.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flights operate safely, securely, and on time with high customer service levels.
• Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Communicate with station manager, regional/area management, airport authorities, ground handlers and partner airlines as required.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and environmental regulations.
• Perform internal audits using AGOA, iAuditor, and MESUR tools; assign corrective actions.
• Lead and guide ground and cabin crew, airport staff and other stakeholders.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a customer-centric manner.
• Prepare and follow up on handling VIP/CIP/La Premier passengers.
• Develop and implement operational plans, schedules and procedures.
• Track performance metrics including on-time performance and customer satisfaction.
• Report station activities and performance to senior management in a timely manner.
• Respond to emergencies and security incidents as required.
