Qualifikationen

• Diploma or vocational qualification with relevant operational experience acceptable.
• Experience in aviation operations or ground handling preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service orientation.

Aufgaben

• Ensure safety and security standards are maintained via the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Adhere to Ground Operations Manual (GOM) by staff at Singapore Station.
• Achieve on-time performance targets within KPIs for Singapore Station.
• Coordinate with management and partners to ensure readiness for internal/external audits.
• Supervise airport operations to meet RB standards for passengers and cargo.
• Support commercial and revenue-generation initiatives for station targets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on VVIP, VIP, and special cargo movements.
• Prepare operational reports and financial documentation on time.
• Manage disruptions to minimise passenger and cargo impact.
• Monitor station correspondence and ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate with Ground Services HQ to monitor replenishment of stocks.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Station Manager for Singapore.
