AIR-Q MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Airport Operations Manager to plan, direct, and oversee daily airport operations, ground handling activities, and aviation support services.

You will drive efficiency, safety, and service quality while managing budgets, resources, and staff. The role requires coordination with authorities, airlines, and partners to ensure compliant, reliable operations.

Qualificações

• Experience in airport operations management.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Familiarity with aviation safety regulations and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct, and manage daily airport operations, ground handling activities, and aviation support services.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, safety, and service quality.
• Oversee service schedules, manpower deployment, and resource allocation.
• Supervise airport operations supervisors, ground handling personnel, and support teams.
• Coordinate with authorities, airlines, ground handling agents, and partners for smooth operations.
• Establish SOPs, policies, and performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations, security procedures, and workplace safety.
• Monitor budgets, manpower costs, resource use, and cost-control measures.
• Evaluate performance and implement operational improvements.
• Manage client relationships and service agreements to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee recruitment planning, workforce development, and training requirements.
• Develop contingency plans for disruptions and emergencies.
• Monitor utilization of equipment and facilities.
• Prepare management reports and strategic recommendations.
• Support business development and long-term planning initiatives.
