Job summary

Hey Rocket Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks dedicated staff to support aircraft turnaround operations, baggage and airfreight handling, and ground support activities. You will coordinate with airport teams to ensure timely operations and safety.

No aviation experience is required as training is provided. A diploma and ability to communicate in English are required. The role involves rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and demands willingness to learn and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends, and public holidays.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and a strong team player.
• No prior aviation experience required as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support aircraft turnaround operations, including baggage and airfreight handling.
• Coordinate with airport teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Supervise and monitor ground handling activities while ensuring compliance with airline and airport safety procedures.
• Assist with loading, unloading, sorting, and transporting baggage or cargo.
• Operate ground support and baggage handling equipment (training provided).
• Monitor operational activities and promptly report incidents, delays, or equipment issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
• Participate in structured on-the-job training and development programs.
• Work closely with team members to achieve operational and service excellence.
