The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Airfreight Officer/Executive to join the Co-loading team. You will handle daily cargo bookings, coordinate capacity with airlines, and guide customers on product requirements to ensure smooth shipments.

Responsibilities include data updates, liaising with customers, warehouse, carriers, and customs, tracking shipments, and assisting with invoicing alongside the Billing Team. Shift and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in airfreight or related field.
• Familiar with Cargo Community Network (CCN) system.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Candidate may be required to work on shift and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in daily cargo bookings on our airline products.
• Book and confirm capacity with airlines and customers.
• Advise customers on the requirements of different airline products.
• Maintain cargo booking records and update data accurately.
• Interface with customer, warehouse, carriers, and customs on shipment needs.
• Track shipment status and inform customers accordingly.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and support invoicing with the Billing Team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Airfreight Officer / Executive - Co-loading / Import & Export / Shipments

You will be part of the Co-Loading team in charge of providing seamless and customer-focused solutions through our various airline products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in daily bookings of cargo sales on our various airline products

• Booking of capacity with airlines and confirmation of capacity with customers.

• Be familiar with the requirements of our various airline products and advise our customers accordingly.

• Assist in administration of cargo bookings, e.g. loading flight reservations into system / template and ensuring all data are accurately updated.

• Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements

• Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly

• Maintain good relationships with both customers and handle customers' enquiries on a timely basis

• Work closely with Billing Team to provide accurate data for invoicing.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min. 1 year of working experience in the related field, e.g. airfreight customer service, co-loading etc.

• Familiar with Cargo Community Network (CCN) system.

• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

• Candidate may be required to work on shift and weekends.
