Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to run reports (e.g. manifests, load discrepancy, hold list, warehouse report) and distribute them to various internal stakeholders.
• Assist to do accurate data entry of paperwork and submit volume shipment reports into UPS systems for tracking.
• Proactively follow up on incoming emails, inbound package resolution and check on discrepancies.
• Resolve pending packages outside the office for address corrections or package exceptions resolutions.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma (or equivalent) in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or relevant fields.
• Possess 1-2 years of logistics data management or logistics/aviation industry experience.
• Possess strong communication (at least English) and interpersonal skills.
• Display proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Willing to work on shifts, especially night shift (11pm-9am, 10pm-8am, 9pm-7am).
• Willing to work overtime or on public holidays when needed.
