Key Responsibilities include:

• Sorting and loading during afternoon cycle
• Inspecting and repacking damages, follow-up on damages
• Handling internal pickups and deliveries within the same building
• Managing night dispatch and related tasks
• Supporting export shuttles to ensure timely departures
• Following up on undelivered packages
• Performing warehouse scanning as needed
• Serving as backup for supervisory roles during absences
• Completing ad-hoc tasks such as self-lodge and self-collect

Required skills include dispatch knowledge, strong computer literacy, physical ability to carry up to 20kg, diligent work ethic, and effective communication with customers.

This is a full-time, on-site role working 5.5 days per week with hours from 11:30 am to 10 pm on weekdays and 1 pm to 5 pm on Saturdays. The position is entry-level and falls under management and manufacturing in the truck transportation industry.
