Qualifications

Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
1–3 years in Airfreight Import Operations or Freight Forwarding; fresh grads with internship may be considered.
Experience with customs clearance and cargo release processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute daily airfreight import operations to ensure timely cargo clearance and shipment visibility.
Verify shipping documents and ensure accuracy of invoices and HAWB before clearance.
Coordinate tracking with airlines, GHA, overseas offices and internal teams.
Update milestones in the TMS and other systems; monitor service levels and KPIs.
Support urgent shipments (AOG or priority) and issue resolution with supervisors.
Adhere to SOPs, regulations and company procedures; drive continuous improvements.
