Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in airfreight import customer service and billing.
• Strong understanding of airfreight import processes, documentation, and customs requirements.
• Experience using Cargowise system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Airfreight Import Customer Service team to manage end-to-end import processes.
• Monitor daily import activities, shipment documentation, carrier coordination, and customs compliance.
• Identify bottlenecks and support process improvements for workflow efficiency.
• Track team performance against SLAs and KPIs; provide feedback and escalate issues as needed.
• Handle complex import-related inquiries and serve as escalation point for service issues.
