Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Perm) at Changi Alps in Singapore is seeking a logistics professional to manage end-to-end air freight import shipments from origin to final delivery. You will coordinate with overseas offices, airlines, terminals, transporters and vendors to ensure smooth shipment movement and provide customers with timely updates.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree, at least 2 years in freight forwarding or logistics customer service, knowledge of air import processes, and familiarity

Qualifications

• 2 years of freight forwarding, air freight, import/export or logistics customer service experience.
• Good understanding of air import processes and shipment documentation.
• Knowledge of logistics systems such as WFS/Tango or equivalent is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end air freight import shipments from origin through clearance to final delivery.
• Coordinate with overseas offices, airlines, terminals, transporters and vendors to ensure smooth shipment movement.
• Provide customers with timely shipment updates and handle enquiries, delays and cargo-related issues.
• Prepare and process shipment documentation, permits and system updates according to customer SOPs.
• Support billing, invoicing and KPI reporting.
• Ensure shipments meet customer requirements and regulatory requirements.
