Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is hiring an Airfreight Customer Service Executive (Import) to manage end-to-end airfreight shipments from Alps Ave (Changi). Working Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm and alternate Saturday 9am-1pm, with a basic salary of SGD 2,500–4,000.

You will coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, trucking partners, and customs authorities to ensure timely, accurate service delivery, maintain records, and support junior staff.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of airfreight import processes, documentation, and customs requirements.
• Experience managing multiple airfreight import shipments simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Cargowise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end airfreight shipments: booking, documentation, coordination with airlines/ground handlers, customs clearance, export docs, billing, and closure.
• Primary point of contact for customers on import/export shipments; provide updates, handle inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, trucking partners, and customs authorities for smooth execution and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and internal procedures to ensure quality service.
• Own complex/high-value shipments; proactively resolve delays and documentation or customs queries.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, reports, and regulatory documents.
• Guide junior staff in airfreight procedures, documentation, and best practices.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management with appropriate follow-up.
