Job summary

MCI Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our logistics customer service team. You will oversee a 15–18 member team, manage key client relationships, ensure high-quality service delivery, and streamline end-to-end air freight processes within an established MNC.

The role requires hands-on leadership to drive KPIs, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure accurate CargoWise records. AWS 13th month bonus and variable bonus are offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Coach: Supervise, mentor, and develop a customer service team of 15 to 18 members.
• Drive KPIs: Monitor departmental performance metrics, drive process improvements, uphold high standards.
• Task Delegation: Assign tasks to balance workloads across the team.
• End-to-End Tracking: Overlook shipments from order to delivery and final billing.
• SOPs & Billing: Prepare SOPs and oversee invoicing and payment follow-ups.
• System Accuracy: Ensure shipping and financial records are accurate in CargoWise.
