Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end airfreight forwarding shipments, including booking, documentation, and customs clearance (imports).
• Serve as primary contact for customers on import/export shipments and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agents, trucking partners, and customs authorities for compliant execution.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Escalate unresolved issues and guide junior staff on procedures and best practices.
