Job summary

CELECTI PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Airfreight Forwarding Customer Service Senior Executive to manage end-to-end airfreight shipments and provide reliable, efficient service to customers.

You will handle bookings, documentation, customs clearance, and shipment closure, coordinating with airlines and partners while monitoring SLAs. The role also involves guiding junior staff and resolving complex issues to ensure KPI targets are met.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of airfreight import processes, documentation, and customs requirements.
• Strong operational and problem solving with the ability to manage multiple airfreight import shipments simultaneously.
• Good communication and coordination skills with customers, carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience using the Cargowise system is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end airfreight import/export shipments, including bookings, documentation, coordination, customs clearance (imports) as well as export documentation, billing and shipment closure.
• Serve as the key customer contact, providing timely shipment updates and resolving operational issues.
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, trucking partners, customs authorities for smooth shipment execution with compliance of the regulations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs, meeting KPIs and internal operational procedures.
• Identify complex shipments to proactively resolving the delays, documentation discrepancies or any customs queries.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, reports, regulatory documentation for internal, customers and regulatory purposes.
• Guide junior team members on airfreight procedures and shipment documentation.
• Escalate unresolved customer or operational issues to management ensuring appropriate follow-up.
