Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Airfreight Customer Service Executive (Import) to oversee end-to-end airfreight shipments in Freight Forwarding.

You will coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate service delivery. Applicants should have solid knowledge of airfreight import processes and regulatory requirements, plus hands-on experience with Cargowise.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of airfreight import processes, documentation, and customs requirements.
• Experience managing multiple airfreight import shipments simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience using Cargowise is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end airfreight forwarding shipments, including booking, documentation, coordination with airlines and ground handlers, customs clearance (imports), export documentation, billing, and shipment closure.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding import and export shipments, providing timely updates and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agents, trucking partners, and customs authorities to ensure smooth shipment execution and compliance.
• Monitor SLA/KPI adherence and internal procedures; escalate and resolve delays or documentation discrepancies.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and regulatory documentation; support junior staff in procedures and best practices.
