Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in airfreight, freight forwarding, or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage customers’ airfreight enquiries and process bookings accurately to ensure smooth shipment flow.
• Coordinate effectively with airlines, overseas agents, and internal operations teams to facilitate timely cargo movement.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation to comply with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Track shipments proactively and provide customers with timely, accurate status updates.
• Resolve customer issues promptly by investigating concerns and delivering clear, effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate operational records and support daily logistics activities to enhance service quality.
