Job summary

Well Established Company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service professional to support sea and air bookings, handle documentation, and liaise with carriers and customers. Working location is Changi Airfreight Centre with standard 9am-6pm hours, Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience; training is provided for those with lesser experience. A basic salary of SGD 2,800–3,200 plus AWS and variable bonus is offered along with excellent welfare and career

Qualifications

• Possess minimum GCE 'O' level qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage.
• Training provided for those without/lesser experience.

Responsibilities

• To assist in the Customer Service department & reporting to team manager.
• To handle all sea documentation work like bookings, Bill of Lading etc.
• To handle all bookings for both air and sea.
• To liaise with air and sea carriers.
• To liaise with customers.
• Perform other assigned duties.
