Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a logistics admin professional to support freight forwarding operations. The role focuses on handling enquiries, processing orders, and preparing shipping and air documents.

Work hours 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday, based at Jurong East. Candidates with 1–3 years in customer service or airfreight and a Diploma in Logistics Management are preferred. AWS + variable bonus and excellent welfare are offered.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant customer service or airfreight experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries.
• Process orders.
• Prepare shipping / air documents.
• Coordinate with operation team on delivery schedule.
• Prepare billing to customers.
• Arrange booking and customs clearance.
• Declare permits.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
