Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Airfreight Operations Supervisor to oversee daily import and export airfreight activities, ensuring timely deliveries and high service standards.

You will lead a team, coordinate with airlines and forwarders, monitor schedules and costs, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvements in efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily import and export airfreight operations to ensure efficient shipment handling and timely delivery.
• Lead and supervise the airfreight team to achieve operational and service targets.
• Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, agents and customers on shipment bookings and arrangements.
• Monitor shipment schedules, operating costs and service quality.
• Resolve shipment issues, customer complaints and operational escalations.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and logistics partners.
• Monitor departmental performance, budgets and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations, company policies and industry requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer service and airfreight business growth.
