Job summary

Triton AI Pte Ltd is hiring for an airfreight customer service role in Singapore. You will manage air import shipments, coordinate with customers, overseas agents, and internal teams to ensure timely processing.

You will verify documents (AWB/HAWB), provide shipment updates, and ensure smooth customs clearance while meeting KPIs and customer SOPs. The role offers regional exposure and a structured workweek.

Qualifications

• GCE O Levels is required.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in airfreight or freight forwarding.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of air import shipments, coordinating with customers, overseas agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Verify shipping documents (AWB/HAWB) and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Provide timely updates on shipment status, flight details, and delays.
• Ensure smooth customs clearance and permit management within KPIs.
• Liaise with customers for approvals on charges prior to delivery.
• Monitor cargo arrivals, inventory status, and handle shipment discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with customer SOPs, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and maintain high service satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to QHSE standards.
