Job summary

Triton AI Pte Ltd is seeking a Freight Forwarding Customer Service Executive to coordinate airfreight import shipments and respond to customer inquiries. You will work with overseas offices and partners to ensure timely, compliant delivery and accurate status updates.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience for an Executive position or 3–4 years for Senior Executive, with strong English communication and a willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O'Level qualification.
• 1–2 years customer service experience for Executive positions, or 3–4 years for Senior Executive positions.
• Experience in freight forwarding, especially airfreight operations, is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple shipment priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate airfreight import shipments with customers, overseas offices, agents and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Respond to customer enquiries, monitor shipments and provide updates on arrivals, delays and delivery status.
• Verify shipping documents and coordinate customs clearance and import permit compliance.
• Check freight rates, supplier charges and customer approvals to ensure billing accuracy and shipment profitability.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies and service issues in collaboration with operational and warehouse teams.
• Prepare customer reports, maintain accurate shipment records and ensure timely billing handover and job closure.
• Follow customer procedures, regulatory requirements and quality, health, safety and environmental standards.
