Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a logistics professional to handle airfreight enquiries and bookings from Alps Avenue (Changi). Mon to Fri, 9:00AM to 6:00PM, 14 days annual leave, up to S$4,000 basic plus variable bonus and AWS.

You will coordinate with airlines and overseas agents, prepare and verify shipping documents, track shipments, and maintain accurate records to support daily logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in airfreight, freight forwarding or logistics preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle airfreight customer enquiries and bookings
• Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents and internal operations
• Prepare and verify shipping documents
• Track shipments and provide timely status updates
• Resolve customer enquiries and shipment issues
• Maintain accurate operational records and support daily logistics activities
