Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of diversified aviation sheet metal experience.
• At least 2 years experience in the Aviation industry.
• Relevant Aerospace experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fabricating machines for sheet metal.
• Fabricate and repair sheet metal products for aircraft.
• Inspect, assemble, and smooth seams and joints.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and operating fabricating machines to cut, bend, and straighten sheet metal
• Shaping metal over anvils, blocks, or forms using hammer operating soldering and welding equipment to join sheet metal parts inspecting, assembling, and smoothing seams and joints of burred surfaces.
• Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products and equipment for general aviation aircraft
• Lay out of sheet metal parts using blueprints, drawings, written or verbal instructions.
• Performs duties in a manner consistent with the latest state of the art and highest standards of safety for maintaining aircraft in the most airworthy and reliable condition for the customers' safety

Requirements:

• Related Engineering Certifications with relevant Aerospace experience
• Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of diversified aviation sheet metal experience,
• Requires a minimum 2 years experience in Aviation industry
