Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to manage the air freight supply chain, customs compliance, and vendor relationships. You will coordinate clearance, warehousing, and transport, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and safe, efficient operations.

The role requires strong IT skills, independence, and teamwork. Weekend and night work may be required to meet client deadlines, with a focus on service delivery and cost control.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of airside experience with cargo operations and regulatory requirements.
• Able to work with ground handlers and service partners.
• Proficient with IT systems and software used in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Handle air import operations including clearance, warehouse and transport.
• Oversee service partners for cargo terminal clearance, receiving, releasing and duties.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs and regulators.
• Liaise with customers to ensure timely service deliveries.
• Monitor direct cost invoicing for jobs with providers.
• Work weekends and nights when required.
• Apply 8D problem solving and corrective action reporting.
