Flintex Consulting is seeking an Air Export Operations Officer (Night Shift) in Singapore to coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse on operational matters. The candidate will send pre-alerts to overseas destinations and monitor cut-offs to lodge cargo on time for urgent shipments, requiring 1–2 years of experience or willingness

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of working experience in air exports or logistics.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse on operation matters.
• Process Shipping Document and execute AWBs.
• Ensure accurate input of dimension, weight, rates, and data into system.
• Perform check and verification of compliance for DG and Temperature Control cargo.
• Send pre-alerts to overseas destination.
• Monitor consol cut-off and cargo lodge in time for urgent shipment.
