You will coordinate with pricing, sales and operations to craft customer-centric logistics solutions and expand market share. The role requires a track record in air logistics, strong analytical skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in air freight, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Proven track record in business development, customer acquisition, revenue growth and key account management.
• Strong knowledge of the air logistics/air freight market, pricing, trade lanes and capacity management.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities, develop sales pipelines and convert prospects into customers.
• Experience developing and executing commercial strategies and customer-specific solutions.
• Strong understanding of revenue, gross profit, pricing and profitability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint; CRM or sales management systems.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.

Responsabilités

• Act as product champion and SME, liaising between product, marketing/sales, key customers and station operations.
• Define, implement and execute business development strategies, especially pricing/tariffs, to maximise profits.
• Engage with overseas development and pricing teams to review solutions and long-term opportunities.
• Design product priorities/targets and a business plan for focus routes.
• Conduct market profiling, competitor research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Share customer insights with pricing teams to support tailored quotes.
