Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an Air Logistics Development Manager in Singapore to drive growth, strengthen customer engagement and develop market-leading air freight solutions. You will collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Trade Lane and Operations to identify opportunities and deliver competitive offerings.

You will act as a product champion, manage key customer relationships and design strategies for short, medium and long-term opportunities across strategic routes.

Your Opportunity

As an Air Logistics Development Manager, you will be responsible for executing growth strategies that increase market share, win new business and strengthen existing customer relationships. Acting as a product champion and market expert, you will work closely with Sales, Pricing, Trade Lane and Operations teams to identify opportunities, develop competitive solutions and drive sustainable growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive business growth by identifying, pursuing and securing new air freight opportunities in line with strategic objectives.
• Act as the Air Logistics subject matter expert, partnering with customers, sales teams, trade lane specialists and operational stakeholders.
• Develop and execute business development strategies, including pricing and tariff initiatives, to maximise profitability and market share.
• Collaborate with regional and international development and pricing teams to create competitive solutions for short, medium and long-term opportunities.
• Design product priorities, volume targets and business plans for key trade lanes and strategic routes.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis and customer profiling to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Provide market feedback and pricing insights to support commercial decision-making and improve win rates.
• Work closely with pricing teams to ensure customers receive tailored and commercially competitive solutions.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, focusing on retention, growth and long-term partnerships.
• Coach and influence internal stakeholders across Sales, Pricing and Trade Lane Development functions to achieve growth objectives.
