Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking a proactive logistics professional to join our air freight team in Singapore. You will coordinate daily air import and export shipments, liaising with customers, airlines, agents and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

You will prepare freight documentation, monitor shipments, and maintain records while supporting daily operations. Ideal candidates have experience in air freight or freight forwarding and understand shipment coordination processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in air freight, freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with freight documentation and shipment coordination processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily air import and export shipments.
• Prepare and maintain freight documentation accurately.

• Monitor shipment progress and support timely delivery.
