Job summary

HUAFENG (SINGAPORE) LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Air Freight Operations Executive to manage end-to-end air freight export activities, coordinating with airlines, vendors and internal teams to ensure compliant, timely and cost-efficient shipments.

Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided. The role is based at Airport Cargo Road with a 5.5-day work week, 0900-1800 Monday to Friday and 0900-1200 Saturdays (alternate).

Qualifications

• Nitec or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience using Sysfreight or Cargowise; guidance provided for new users.
• Prior experience in air freight operations is preferred; fresh graduates welcome with on-the-job training.
• Familiarity with air freight documentation and compliance procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask multiple shipments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and freight management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage air freight export shipments from end-to-end.
• Open jobs, draft AWBs and send pre-advice prior to shipment departure.
• Handle email and operational correspondence with customers, airlines, agents and vendors.
• Prepare and process export documentation for direct and consolidated shipments.
• Ensure adherence to export regulations, compliance requirements, and airline policies.
• Coordinate cargo collection and delivery with transporters and warehouse operators.
• Liaise with vendors, airlines, ground handlers, and overseas agents for smooth operations.
• Prepare billing, costing, and job closure documentation with accuracy.
• Support operational improvements and carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Air Freight Operations Executive to support and manage end-to-end air freight export operations. The role involves close coordination with stakeholders, airlines, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective shipment handling. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply , as training will be provided.

Operation Hours:

5.5 days work week
0900 - 1800 Mondays -Fridays
0900 - 1200 Saturdays (Alternate upon confirmation)

Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate and manage air freight export shipments from A to Z.
• Open jobs, drafting of awbs and sending pre-advice prior to shipment's departure.
• Handle email and operational correspondence with customers, airlines, agents, and vendors.
• Prepare and process export documentations direct and consolidations in compliance with air freight regulations and internal procedures.
• Ensure adherence to export regulations, compliance requirements, and airline policies .
• Coordinate cargo collection and delivery with transporters and warehouse operators.

Requirements:

• Preferred individuals with experience using Sysfreight or Cargowise, guidance is provided for users that are new to the system
• Prior experience in air freight operations (import/export) is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply ; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Familiarity with air freight documentation and compliance procedures.
