Job summary

The role focuses on managing end-to-end shipment processes for customers, planning cargo space, and monitoring flight uplift status to prevent delays. You will liaise with customers, destination offices and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution, proactively addressing operational issues and preparing KPI reports for

• Strong coordination and organisational skills with attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CW1 or related logistics systems.
