Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse teams on daily operations, prepare shipping documentation, and input shipment details accurately.

The role requires handling Dangerous Goods and Temperature-Controlled cargo compliance, sending pre-alerts to overseas destinations, and monitoring cut-offs to lodge urgent shipments promptly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with Customer Service and Warehouse teams on daily operational matters
• Prepare shipping documentation and execute Air Waybills (AWBs) accurately
• Ensure accurate system input for shipment dimensions, weight, freight rates, and related details
• Verify compliance requirements for Dangerous Goods (DG) and Temperature-Controlled cargo
• Send shipment pre-alerts to overseas destinations in a timely manner
• Monitor consol cut-off timings and ensure urgent shipments are lodged promptly
