Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Singapore seeks a Customer Excellence professional to join the IFF department. You will provide seamless, customer-focused solutions to support business objectives and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on air shipments.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, good English, and strong communication. You will work in a dynamic team environment with opportunities for growth and exposure to global logistics operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years customer service experience. Freight-forwarding/airfreight exposure is a plus.
• Good written and spoken English is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist with air shipment procedures and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth shipments.
• Ensure data accuracy in the system and provide timely updates to customers.
• Support KPI targets and escalate issues as needed.
