Qualifications

• 1-2 years customer service experience.
• Experience in freight-forwarding (airfreight) advantageous.
• Strong written and spoken English, with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls promptly and politely.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on shipment requirements and documentation.
• Ensure data is updated correctly in the system and monitor freight status.
