Qualifications

• Secondary level education in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
• English to liaise with clients.
• 1–2 years of experience in a freight forwarding company.
• Able to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation.
• Teamwork and good communication.
• Costing and billing knowledge is an added advantage.
• Permit declaration knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documents and handle customs declarations.
• Attend to customers' enquiries via email.
• Respond to complaints and provide solutions.
• Work in a team with clear communication and workflow understanding.
• Take on additional tasks delegated by Supervisor/Manager.
