AGI Freight Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Airfreight Import Executive to join our dynamic team in the Changi Point East Region. This is a full-time role that will contribute to our freight and cargo forwarding operations.

The role focuses on coordinating airfreight import, ensuring customs clearance, and maintaining strong communication with airlines and clients to deliver efficient logistics solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in airfreight import or a similar logistics role.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and import/export processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaison with a range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
• A team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the import of airfreight shipments, ensuring timely and efficient clearance through customs.
• Liaise with airlines, customs, and other relevant parties to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
• Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for the import process.
