Job summary

AGI Freight Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a passionate logistics coordinator to manage both new and existing clients, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely responses to service requests. You will coordinate with airlines and coloaders, and handle shipment details with accuracy.

The role requires English proficiency, the ability to work under pressure, and a foundational understanding of transport logistics. Import/export documentation experience is an advantage and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• Good understanding of airlines or coloaders.
• Experience with shipping procedures.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Import/Export documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing clients.
• Respond to daily customer service duties.
• Manage clients' bookings with airlines or coloaders.
• Manage clients' logistics requests.
• Input shipment detail and job costing into the freight system.
• Check costing and dispute vendor billing not in line with quotation.
• Maintain good customer service relationship with local and oversea clients/agents, airlines representatives and coloaders.
• Other duties as may be delegated by management from time to time.
