Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound air export shipments with Customer Service teams.
• Review shipment instructions, job sheets and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Verify cargo and documents for compliance, including Dangerous Goods (DG) requirements.
• Prepare House/Master/Direct Air Waybills and shipment documentation.
• Perform accurate shipment data entry in CW1/CIMS and update SATS portal details.
• Conduct physical cargo checks, including shipment details, dimensions, labels and markings.
• Complete and verify DG Declarations in accordance with IATA regulations.
• Prepare cargo labels, pre-alerts and submit FWB/FHL to airlines/agents.
• Coordinate cargo collection, lodgement and shipment updates with vendors.
• Identify discrepancies, resolve operational issues and escalate when required.
• Support cost optimisation and additional operational requests from SATS/DNATA.

• Up till$3,200 basic + Allowance + Performance bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)

• Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

• Working Days/Timings: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM | 5-day work week | Weekend duty: Saturday & Sunday rotation among team members
